Learning the Practices: Rigdzin Dupa and Medicine Buddha with Khenpo Karze
Saturday, June 28
10 am – Noon
Prayer Room, Zoom 433 108 1002/Puja
Following the recent Guru Rinpoche and Medicine Buddha empowerments, Her Eminence Jetsunma Ahkön Lhamo and the KPC sangha invite you to join us for this opportunity to learn how to engage with the profound blessings of Guru Rinpoche and Medicine Buddha through traditional sadhana practice. Khenpo Karze will provide step-by-step guidance on the Rigdzin Dupa and Medicine Buddha practices, helping students gain clarity and build confidence in their practice. Rigdzin Dupa, ‘The Gathering of Awareness Holders,’ is a powerful Guru Rinpoche practice for dispelling obstacles and celebrates the masculine energy of method, or compassion.
This is the first in a quarterly series of classes designed to support those learning how to engage in traditional prayer practices. Newcomers to the 24-Hour Prayer Vigil are required to attend one of these quarterly classes, as they offer essential instruction on the practices upheld during vigil shifts. But of course, you don’t have to be a Prayer Vigil newcomer to attend. All are welcome – please RSVP here.
